The pump.fun dev check on Telegram

·

How do I check a pump.fun dev from Telegram?

Open @pumpdatafun_bot and paste the coin's contract address (a pump.fun or DexScreener link works too). In a second or two the bot answers with who launched it and how their other coins went, how much of the supply went in the first 10 seconds, what the insiders hold now, how launches like it did, and whether the skip rules fire. A coin a minute old answers. Free, no wallet, no sign-up.

Open @pumpdatafun_bot

Paste a contract address

Here is the bot's answer for $Kimchi, Oct 22's busiest coin:

CSoc…pump, 2 days old, market cap $15.3M
DEV: 35 launches, 3 graduated, best earlier peak $8.0K, 9 launched in the day before.
FIRST 10 SECONDS: 2 wallets bought 79% of the supply. Insiders (dev + those wallets) hold 75% now.
LOOK-ALIKES: 122 launches looked like this at 240 min; 98% were dead by day one; median peak 1.00x.
FLAGS: SERIAL LAUNCHER, NEVER RAN, INSIDERS, LOOK-ALIKES DIE
NOTE: BOUGHT OUT AT LAUNCH: the whole curve sold in the launch block
RULES SAY: skip. What the chain shows, not advice.

Each line is a number from the chain. The flags are rules over those numbers, not an opinion of the coin. The link opens the full check with the closest past launches and how each went.

The same day is posted to the @pumpdatafun channel every morning, with the odds a coin from $15K to $28K had of running.

Watch a dev: /watch

/watch <wallet>, or /watch <a coin's CA> to watch whoever launched it. When that wallet launches again, the bot sends the new coin and its dev check to the chat within a few minutes. Useful for a dev you trust, and for one you want to fade.

Questions

Is the pump.fun Telegram bot free?

Yes. 30 dev checks an hour per chat, /daily, /watch and /baserate, with no sign-up, no wallet and no key. The bot never asks for a wallet, a seed phrase or a payment.

How new can a coin be?

A minute. A coin that is not yet in the hourly fill or the daily tables is read from the live recorder at the moment you ask: its first-10-second buyers, what the insiders hold, the market cap at its last trade, and its deployer's whole record including launches from the last hour.

What do the flags mean?

Rules over the numbers, the same as the Grok Bot template's. SERIAL LAUNCHER: 20+ launches with under 5% graduated, or 10+ in a day. NEVER RAN: 5+ launches and no earlier coin past $10K. BUNDLED: half the supply or more bought in the first 10 seconds. INSIDERS: the deployer and those first buyers still hold half or more. LOOK-ALIKES DIE: 90% or more of the 20+ launches that looked like it were dead by day one. Any flag and the rules say skip; none and it is your call.

Does it work in a group?

Yes: add @pumpdatafun_bot and use /check <CA>. Telegram only shows bots the commands in a group, so a bare contract address works in a private chat with the bot.

What does /watch do?

It alerts the chat when a deployer launches again: /watch <wallet>, or /watch <a coin's CA> to watch whoever launched it. The new coin and its dev check arrive within a few minutes of the launch. Ten watches a chat; /watching lists them, /unwatch stops one.

Where do the numbers come from?

pumpdata.fun, which reads every pump.fun trade since day one from the chain (curve and PumpSwap). The same check is on the web at pumpdata.fun/check and as an API for agents.

Numbers, not advice. Not affiliated with pump.fun. The same check without Telegram: the web coin check, the Grok Bot template, and the API for agents.
