Is pumpdata.fun up, and how fresh is its data?
Overall: on time. Every answer also says its own freshness: X-Data-As-Of (the deep tables' build), X-Live-As-Of (the hourly fill or the live recorder, whichever is newer), and X-Data-From (where the data begins).

Checked every hour; the share column counts the hours the layer was on time or late, not down. A layer that is late still answers, from older data, and says how old in its headers.
Our counts against an independent one
Each day's volume in the daily stats, from every trade we read, beside DefiLlama's daily volume for the same venue. On the bonding curve the two are independent counts of the same trades, and the ratio is the check that nothing is missing. On PumpSwap, DefiLlama's volume is not a usable daily check: it keeps only pools whose USD balance in Allium's data reaches $5,000 that day, and the series moves by up to four times between consecutive days (Oct 18 $467M, Oct 19 $142M) while PumpSwap's trading does not. Their count of PumpSwap's fees, taken from every buy and sell event with no pool filter, moves by about 15%. So PumpSwap is read against those fees: volume divided by fees. Ours held between 160 and 176 from Oct 13 to Oct 21; DefiLlama's own volume ran from 45 to 166. A day where ours falls well outside its usual range is one to look into. The ratio is not a fixed fee rate, since PumpSwap's fees vary by pool and we leave out wash pools and atomic round trips (both in the stats' sources).

How the numbers are made
The methodology: where every field comes from, the rules behind each wallet class, and the point-in-time guarantee (a launch's deployer record and look-alikes are as of its launch, so a backtest built on them sees nothing from after it).
